Some foods have histamine. Look for non-histamine foods. Chocolate and citrus are triggers. I can do a little bit but not a lot. I have eczema and I don’t want to keep putting drug creams on my skin. Honey has helped quite a bit. Egyptian Magic salve.

Thank you for pointing out that just because you’re vegan or raw vegan doesn’t mean that everything that everything raw is meant for you. Instead of throwing the whole cleanse away it’s figuring out your particular path.

I went vegan raw vegan for 30 days before I lost weight but my skin effed up and the pain I was feeling increased then I did carnivore for over 30 days. I lost even more weight. My skin cleared up to glistening glowing skin and my pain went away. I’m about to do another vegan raw vegan cleanse but I know that it’s going to f up my skin, because that’s what it always does, but then I will follow up with carnivore to get it back clear. It’s back to normal diet. If your skin is reaction to a vegan diet, I do suggest a elimination diet where you start off with just meat only do that for 30 days. See if he has changes in the skin.

I have been doing research and Columbia may be good for me to start a business and create jobs in Columbia. I hear a lot of hate for the speaker even though she is speaking on her own experiences. She is actually going to learn the language at the very least.

Well done for talking about it. It sounds horrendous. Tracking our symptoms is one of the best things we can do as women, as our bodies go through so much and we often aren't able to put a name to these symptoms and/or recognise patterns until we start tracking... I'm about to start tracking my endometriosis symtpoms for this very reason.
